Nick Griffin & the BNP

I think it was 'Aphex' who mentioned something about the COVERT racists as opposed to the OVERT racists (apologies if it was another poster and not Aphex) and I definitely concur. There are a few on here who trumphet the causes of the vile BNP in a cunning and underhand way, knowing full well that some numpties will fall for the lies and scaremongering spiel.

It's in keeping with the new tactics used by some of the more literate BNP activists (yes, there are a few...really). Look at the anti-muslim tactics at the moment. Suddenly, the BNP are trying to get Jews, Blacks and Sikhs etc onside, pretending that they are against extremist muslims and NOT others. All the old rhetoric about Jewish people, Black people, any 'non-whites' is desperately being swept under the carpet, but every other week, one of their 'leading lights' cocks up in some way or other. A simple examination of their manifesto and a little research soon shows us that they are so full of bullshit that they put a bull to shame.

A few people seem to be under the 'illusion' (either conned by the BNP or just lying because it suits their agenda) that the BNP is gaining votes and actually doing 'quite well'. Funny that, let's look at the reality, shall we?

12 Council Elections In 2010.......BNP Take Just 2,370 Votes

So, the BNP actually continues to achieve poor results. The latest council by-election on Thursday 8th April just four weeks before the 2010 General Election in the Tendering District Council Golf Green Ward (Essex), something of a target area for the BNP in 2010 gave the BNP a huge 139 votes - oh dear! Pretty shit really, eh 'boys?' (Well, there may be the odd 'girl' too, to be fair).

Let's try another example, shall we?
The British National Party (BNP) have failed to gain enough nomination forms to stand a candidate in the upcoming Mayoral race in Hackney.....ooooops...not so good for the BNP who continually claim to be gaining in support.

What about the issue of 'our' Mr. Griffin and his revamping of the party to make it APPEAR respectable (yeah right) to gain more votes? How could he do this, he must have thought....LIE ?! Yeah, why not...it does work to an extent, you know. Plenty of evidence out there of his lies, if you can be bothered to read up on him and his party. He's not the nicest of men when the camera is off though...sssshhh! Actually, he puts his foot in it a few time even when the camera is ON.

A new video of the British National Party (BNP) Leader Nick Griffin has been released in which he clearly advocates violence and the use of terrorist methods....2010 General Election candidate for Barking & Dagenham Nick Griffin, says white people “with a legitimate grievance” have the right “to hurt people, to maim and blow things up”.

BNP supporters “have a right to take up arms, arguably in fact a duty to take up arms”, using “physical force” against their enemies, he says.

Definitely not a lover of Gandhi then, eh Nick?

Not surprising really, in a week which has seen an alleged plot by the now former BNP Publicity Director Mark Collett to kill Nick Griffin.

Do any of the possible BNP converts actually realise just WHAT they are backing? The BNP does have a history of violence, you know...it's not new.

There is the recent case of BNP Wales official Roger Phillips who launched into a session of abuse towards Baroness Uddin including telling her “we're going to hang you one day.“ This attack on Baroness Uddin came shortly after it emerged that the very same Roger Phillips had been arrested and bailed in connection to his threats to kill an anti-BNP campaigner Mark Watson...

Remember David Copeland who blew up a gay pub in London?

How about Terrance Gavin who was jailed in January 2010 after the discovery of his bomb factory in his home?

Both were members of the British National party.

The BNP MEP Candidate for Suffolk in the 2009 EU Elections David Lucas is currently scheduled to face trial in July 2010 for possession of illegal explosives, guns and ammunition. Oh, by the way, David Lucas also built and sold gallows to African countries who still impose the death penalty.

Moving on, shall we highlight a few of the more oppressive BNP policies?
I mean, the BNP are trying to present an image that they care about every group (apart from the Muslims)........but...but...their policies show that they would oppress many sectors of our country...here's a brief selection from their 'not so tasty' menu:

BNP Anti Women Policies

The BNP 2007 Mini Manifesto states the following as policy:

1. Implement a regressive taxation system that will re-establish women as dependents of their husbands.

2. Repeal protection of witnesses in rape cases and reform family law to benefit men.

3. Remove the right to choose to have an abortion.

BNP Policy Against The LGBT Community

1. Repeal the Civil Partnerships Act

2. Re-Instate Section 28 Style Laws

BNP Policy on Democracy:

1. Abolish the “Human Rights Act”

2. Abolish all restrictions on traditional free speech; common law provisions against incitement to violence are the only proper limits in a free society;

3. If you do not take part in ‘Military Service’ your democratic right to vote will be removed.

What about the claims that they are not Nazis and have no sympathies with them? - another lie, Nicholas?

Andrew Brons was a member of the National Socialist Movement, a group which was deliberately founded on the date of Hitler’s birthday and which was also responsible for a number of arson attacks on synagogues in the 60s. (Hope some Jewish people note that)......Brons later became the chairman of the National Front between 1980 and 1984 and co-edited their journal New Nation. Since then, he has joined the British National Party and was elected in the Euro election in 2009 for Leeds and Humberside. Not sure he likes Dame Kelly Holmes though.

Chris Beverley is a Leeds councillor for the BNP and is their main liaison with German Nazi National Democratic Party, along with other Nazi BNP members he attended a gathering of the European National Front in 2007.

Party of the people?

Tony Lecomber (BNP):

“The rich are genetically superior to the poor.”

Simon Smith (BNP councillor):
“White working class scum will be swept away by a future BNP government.

BNP Manifesto:

“Conscientious objectors who refuse to undertake military service would be allocated other constructive work for the community, but would not receive the citizen’s right to be armed, or right to vote.”

BNP Manifesto:

“Individuals would be free to refuse to undertake any form of National Service, but such a refusal to serve the community for the common good would result in their not being entitled to free places at university, on training courses or self-employment schemes.''

Party FOR the people?:

Councillor John Gamble (BNP)
Rotherham

No. of questions tabled to council = 0
No. of motions tabled to council = 0
No. of surgeries = 0
Allowances claimed = £10,974.00 (maximum allowed)

Councillor Will Blair (BNP)
Rotherham

No. of questions tabled to council = 0
No. of motions tabled to council = 0
No. of surgeries = 0
Allowances claimed = £10,974.00 (maximum allowed)

We could go on and on and on about this despicable party and their 'dirty tactics.' We could spend hours and hours analysing the lies and the racist hatred they are trying to engineer and spread. We could shoot down every argument from the covert BNP apologists with lucid detail and coherent proof but sometimes even clear evidence seems not to be enough for these imbeciles.

If you are still reading, you are probably growing a tad bored by now anyway, so I'll close off for now with a message that I believe the vast majority of voters will be repeating at the booths by voting for someone else...

(Not so) Dear BNP,

It's a big fuck off 'NO' from me.
My point was that they will only do well if there is a piss poor turnout and if by any chance they got a seat, it wouldn't last long.

That was not aimed at you, mate. I had typed most of it earlier this evening but got called away to a family issue.

It was simply a post to the thread.

i understand why normal people hate him but they are getting national exposure in a modern society, so surely he's done a good job from the BNP party perspective so why would they want him out?

He's a sell out. He makes a good few points here and there, but people who believe in racial nationalism don't really rate him as he is watering down policies.

Those who are so called "far right" know perfectly well that the ballot box is not the key to power, as the old cliche' goes " if voting ever changed anything, they would ban it".
