NIKE SIGNED FOR NEW KIT DEAL

Nike have dispatched a design team to take control of the new City kit. So although we'll be wearing a kit with the Umbro logo it'll be a Nike design with an Umbro twist - if that makes sense? Also the England kit has gone through the same process of design. It's going to be an iconic kit...apparently? Regarding the England kit; this is going to be a limited edition kit something in the region of 500,000 made so it becomes a MUST-HAVE item. Nike are re-branding Umbro....so those of us who feel it's a step backwards need not worry....

I'm sorry because however you try to sell it, it's a step backwards and a signal to all our other vendors that you can treat us like shit and we will come back.

Apart from Kappa kits umbro gave us some of our best ever kits of by gone years. If we are getting umbro then bring it on I say
 
I liked City in Umbro kits it was our heritage 1923-1995 was it? Meanwhile the vermin ponced around in any kit who would pay them by the bucketload (Admiral and Adidas). Then the unthinkable happened they threw megabucks at the Rags and pissed a 72 year old customer and its fans about. Unforgivable in my book.

I'm sure the money is not an issue as either of the other 2 "big 3" would have given us as much as Nike AND we are not being signed for Nike at all we are being signed for Umbro.

Nope, Adidas wasn´t offering much and PUMA tried to lower their bid according to some kit ITK's on here so the marketability of City is not yet shown.
