We're only making about £6million a season with Umbro, I'd expect the Nike deal to bag us something like £25million a season. United are on a £30million a season deal with Nike so people couldn't complain if we make £25million a season.

No one forces anyone to buy one and a new football shirt costs the same as a semi decent work shirt or casual shirt from a decent shop.

I'm still wearing my top from 2-3 years back (the first umbro one) and I feel no less of a fan for not having the latest top each season.

True and also I think Umbro have been fairly expensive. If Nike put the prices up again then I probably wouldn't rush to buy them as they'd be pretty ridiculous.
