Nintendo ds help needed

Have any of you tech heads got one of these R4 cartridges for the NDSL.

I have got one for my lads birthday (which was on Sunday!!!) and I cant get the fucker to work. I have downloaded the latest update from the r4sdhc site which is a RAR file and have tried to extract it using Easyzip but just get a message saying "unknown comment format"..

It is doing my fuckin head in, Any help would be greatly appreciated

both my lad and daughter have them but all i did was order them from amazon and my lad did the rest,i havent a clue but could ask him when he gets in from school if you want,what do you need to know?/he has bout a 100 games

It could be that RAR files aren't associated with Easyzip, I'm not sure because I use WinRAR, all I can suggest is try extracting them with WinRAR.

^^^this shows how to put games onto the r4
all you need to do is drag and drop the files onto the root of the r4

to put it shortly its a game cartridge that you load with free games of the internet

I have something simialr alothugh not an R4 and its brilliant, you can obviously add your own games off the internet, you can add applications to it that people have built, you can add movies and songs, its fantastic.

With regards to the R4 try using this tutorial looks like a step by step
