Nintendo ds help needed

I downloaded winrar and a virus came down with it, but trusty old AVG found it.

I have found another site to download the update from and Easyzip will extract the files from this one, I have transferred the files onto the R4 but when I put it in the DS the screen just says "loading" and sticks there!!

And thanks for that Singing Stand but I have already got a load of games, just need to get this bleedin card working

DONE IT!!!

I used Winrar to extract the files as whoever the top person was suggested. And transferred everything into the memory card, not just three files as all the intstructions on internet sites tell you.

I am dead happy, thanks for all the suggestions
