Totally unrelated to the topic but your post reminds me that a few years ago, when I was living in Montreal, I spent many happy minutes rearranging all the packets and tins on the shelf in a local supermarket so that the English labels were on display. The shelf stackers always put the French labels facing out so I thought I would just remind them that the English won the battle on the Plains of Abraham. Silly I know but it made me happy.

They have been and he’s been naive but the point of the post was “is it sad that I won’t drink from a brand that advertises another player, from another club, than City?”
