Could be for extended TV and press seats for the tournament similar to chumps league matches ??

I think you've got that spot on 100%, just look at any CL game (especially the big clubs/games) and there's huge blocks of them.

It is still SSL3 it hasn't changed.

Level 2 is the boxes.

Watched BVB game on TNT and the camera panned over to it at pitch level and it does look the dogs bollox.

Great angle. Once the hoarding is away that really will feel like one big, dare I say it, blue wall.

I was wondering that myself last night - they are currently standing out like a sore thumb - and there is no equivalent on the South Stand
