Strange. I thought away fans got 15%

It's "up to 15%" so that should be about 4K at Carrow Road. However if you've got the local Safety Advisory Group onside it appears you can allocate however many you want and shift the decision onto them. Everton should get 9k at Arsenal but, on the advice of the SAG, they're only getting about 5.5k. Very convenient.

Give us a clue. When are Everton only getting 5.5K at Arsenal?
And we've also had the police onside as we've never given 15% since we moved from Maine Road. Everton in the semi is the first time.

2,600??

Thats bobbins.

Is it a case of where City have to pay up front and weren't certain if we'd sell 4,000 tickets, therefore leaving us out of pocket for any tickets which were unsold??

As previously stated, we could easily take 4,000 to Norwich on a Saturday afterrnoon
