Well the board seem to be up for it
Board seem more concerned about expanding into the Chinese market and exploiting that than what happens in Manchester.

Add Delph to that, his energy and enthusiasm will be very welcome.I think most of our transfer targets would still come because of the small window they have to both work under Pep and have the biggest pay packet in the world. Maybe not a Pogba, but the others we've been linked to would still likely join.
I think KDB and Nasri will start to get us some points after the international break, though. We've missed both tremendously.

You raise some very good points.I realise I'm in a small minority but for me he's still not shown he has the skills to succeed in England with a club like City. His fans might say well of course he hasn't because he's never had to do that but that makes it a big gamble back in 2013 to base the whole future of your club on a skillset he may or may not have.
What he did at Barca was to mould the 2nd biggest club in the world, with all the advantages that entails, around a genius - we don't have a genius to build around and we're not even the 2nd biggest club in England.
Bayern are uber dominant and each summer poach their rivals' best players so winning the league there doesn't mark him out as outstanding. Both full CL campaigns he's overseen there have ended in comprehensive humblings by top teams. So what's he added ? Pretty football. Most passes in a game ever. Most possession ever. Not when it counted in Europe though.
Tiki taka doesn't work in England namely Arsenal. Why should it work at City with slightly better players ?
Jesus. Arsenal don't play how Barcelona and Bayern play. If you think they do, then you need to watch them more. Some of your other points are shite, but I really can't be arsed.I realise I'm in a small minority but for me he's still not shown he has the skills to succeed in England with a club like City. I think you could sell sand in a desert. We can keep clean sheets though, 3 in our last 5 games. It's OK though no-one believed me last year either. If you're really unsure you can get odds of about 3/2 that we won't finish in the top 4. Make some money from you misery
Even if your assessment is correct, after today,i'm happy for that to aid the battle.Sorry, I just don't see what you see in Delph, yes he has got energy, but frankly he's bang average.
