Not eaten meat in three days

my daughter is vegan(you should see what this stupid dad offers her for food) she has been a vegan for about 2 years and she looks fantastic compared to when she ate meat, skin ,weight, just so healthy looking.
What was her diet like before she turned vegan?

I only ask because the same happened for a workmate of mine but when I asked her what she ate before, her diet was an abomination of fast food, wine, little fruit+veg and hardly any water.

You add some anchovies, turkey, salmon, lamb and prawns to a high vegetable+fruit+water diet and you’d be even better off than just a vegetable diet.

Also meats and cheese contains vitamin K2 (especially the strain K2 MK7) that isn’t found in plant food:

And eggs are pretty much the most healthy food you can eat:

And all of us eat too little organ meats:

We evolved as omnivores for a reason.

Don't feel like I miss it, don't feel fatigued because of it, on the contrary feel more awake and have had two of the best nights sleeps in a long time. Might keep it up, and veggies on here?
As it’s already 3 days out of days, will you be updating the thread title every day? Unless, of course, you’ve gone back on to the flesh already. ;-)

I've eaten meat three times since this thread. On the whole I stick to veggie burgers, beans, nuts eggs for protein lots of spinach for iron. The meat I have eaten, I've made sure has been organic and reared respectfully. My intention wasn't to go full veggie or even vegan, but to eat less and cut out the meat you look at and know its' had a shit life. Feel pretty good about myself to be honest. Next stop, tackling my love of alcohol haha
