Looks like the oldest professional association football club in the world could be going out of the of the football league as things stand.


Currently bottom of league 2, 5 points adrift from safety,

Noticed two former premier league clubs down in that division, Oldham Athletic and Swindon Town, with the former being a founder member of the premier league.
 
Thought this was going to be something about global warming. On a serious note, it's a shame. Used to work opposite their ground and walk past it every day.
The 1862 on the gates always stood out to me.

Surprised they haven't tapped up Juve for a few loanees, Juve are mad about them.
 
Bunch of pricks that lot.

Waved money in other clubs faces over the last few years, Nolan was a detestable prick in charge recently, fans are self-entitled nob heads for that division and they were busy wafting their attendance dicks in ‘smaller’ clubs faces but now they’re the ones struggling. Oh well.

One of my favourite away days in the 91-92 season (Div 1), winning 3-1.

Amazing that we could have gone the same way, like Oldham and Preston who we were also playing regularly not that long ago.
