I worked in A&E for many years back in the day , i dont remember so much violence towards the staff then, paramedics get a lot of attacks as well

when i was in casualty before the holidays there was a woman really gobbing off and threatening a receptionist and three security guards appeared and chucked her out and stayed by the door for a while to stop her coming back in

Attacking people who are trying to help you is a shithouse thing to do
