N'Zonzi's news are more and more seeming a strategy to raise his price: Juve, Madrid, Barcelona...too many contenders to be real.

Not his price (30M €) but his future wage. I'm sure City can pay more that Juve, but having Barcelona or Madrid around may help N'Zonzi agent to ask for more in a future contract.He has a fixed buyout clause so Sevilla can't drive the price up.
