o2 Broadband now owned by Sky - I'm not happy

BoyBlue, I don't think you came across as a wanker at all, what you said is fair enough, I just don't want his products. I'll have a look at Virgin, the last time I dealt with BT was enough to turn me off them for good, the customer service was appalling - like dealing with a snide loan shark.
I heard bad stuff about BT myself which is why I went with Virgin, never had any problems and the fibre network is stupidly fast. Depends what you do on the internet but not having to wait for downloads is great

I fucked Sky off about a year ago, been with Talktalk ever since - no probs at all.

I'm on TalkTalk too after ditching O2 for their aggressive throttling I kept being hammered with.

I took up a new offer recently which extended my contract and now pay £25 a month for unlimited bb, line rental, free calls anytime and one of those youview boxes (which is no use as my house doesn't have an aerial)

I've had no issues with TalkTalk at all.

Just called them and cancelled my broadband as I'm moving in two weeks. No fee to pay due to the Sky takeover.

Just need to have a look around for a better service now.
