Odd Banner in North Stand

Did anyone else see an extremely odd banner in the North Stand last night? some guys were holding it up right throughout half time and at other points in the game. It said something like "STI Technical Consultant. We will weld anything for food." And then there was a telephone number.

This struck me as extremely odd, and I'm surprised the club didn't see it as advertising (if they noticed)

I don't suppose anyone knows the full story or exactly what it said?

I noticed something when I looked to my left at the game and wondered what the hell was going on!

I know there's a credit crunch and everything but that is just desperate!
