What time does the ticket info update on the website. If ticket criteria changes on 1st jan is it at midnight or 9am or ???

We wouldn't know, but I imagine it would be early morning, 9 like you said.

they up-dated at 7pm last time so keep checking

It seems to change sometime after 0830, but almost always before 0900.
