They've locked on to Palin because she is pretty, very much a rarity in politics (apart from that good looking British MP, whos name escapes me). That is the position she was put in when McCain 'chose' her, and it is also the reason she was 'chosen'.

Not sure if true or not (she hasnt clarified), but I heard all I needed to about this lady, when I read she would oppose abortion even if her own daughter was raped. Not trying to start an abortion debate by any means, but WTF?

No, I am interested into how you can say that there is so much negativety from the media towards Palin, when there has clearly been an anti Obama campaign from most sections for some time, with suggestions of terrorist activity.

Personally I think Obama is the way to go for his policies (ie actually having some), but we both know that thats the last thing that most American voters will be thinking of.
