dont think its that simple mate!!! lol theres gonna be lots of twist and turns but looking back at the season im slightly disappointed that were not in the mix still for the title.with the points that the top three have randomly dropped this season plus all our draws and defeats against the likes of hull we really should be still there or there abouts.

Think the OP has been on the ale. I can't fathom out the relevance of the thread title to his post. Also, he seems to be suggesting that Dipperpool are our only competitors for that fourth spot. I think that Spurs, Villa and even (though a long shot) the blue dippers might have something to say about that. in my opinion our main opponents for the 4th position is Spurs closely followed by villa
i think it will finish
1.utd
2.chelski
3.arsenal
4.spurs
5 and 6...city or villa
this is not being negative. it is based upon what i have seen of both villa and spurs recently (and since xmas)...spurs have a had a couple of minor wobbles but have maintained their position
The reason i think spurs will get 4th is that against the middle order teams and the lower teams they dominate and usually win (though they have had the odd slip)...i just think they are a bit more consistent than us
as for villa...its anyones guess......a couple of injuries and they could be in trouble, but again i think they are just a little more consistent than us and go out to beat teams instead of containing them.....i think there forward line has a bit more variety to it and when they need to beat teams who scrap they are more capable than us (esp with the likes of carew and agbonlahour)
