Oil price Crash

They'll be paying us to fill up soon, happy days.
Selling at minus $37 a barrel at one point today.

It’s not all as it seems though:

The severe drop on Monday was driven in part by a technicality of the global oil market. Oil is traded on its future price and May futures contracts are due to expire on Tuesday. Traders were keen to offload those holdings to avoid having to take delivery of the oil and incur storage costs.

June prices for WTI were also down, but trading at above $20 per barrel. Meanwhile, Brent Crude - the benchmark used by Europe and the rest of the world - was also weaker, down more than 7% at about $26 a barrel.

IT WAS A JOKE !!!!!

Diesel around €1:16 a litre, equivalent to £1:01, (it was €1:30 last january. And home heating oil (kerosene) selling at comfortably under 50c a litre in some places, if you're buying 1000 litres (price per litre creeps up the less you're buying). But even at the pumps, where it would be dearer than buying in bulk, you can get it for 55c (I had 300 litres delivered last autumn, and it was over 80c a litre, IIRC). If you live within 12km of Mullingar (in the Midlands), you can get 1000 litres for under 40c a litre. Crazy, at the moment.

If you don’t mind venturing into some interesting neighbourhoods, you can get a gallon (3.785 litres) for 89c here in Cleveland. Been like that for a couple of weeks now.

Trump will have a stroke at the briefing later

No worries. Him and Vlad will stir up some Middle East conflict to get the price back up again. Mark my words.
