Would love to know where they all are, probably in an attic somewhere all boxed up.

I remember once buying a fanzine (maybe KOTK) but not sure, and it had a flimsy record in it that played on my record player and had a blue moon song on it with loads of commentary from the 5-1 derby. God I listened to that so many times.

That was Blue Print. The 5-1 remix flexi single. John Peel played it on his show one night!
4,000 copies of that fanzine sold out within a few weeks. normally Blue Print had a run of 2000

Who would be sad enough to name a City fanzine after a song by The Smiths?

Someone called Phil was the editor

Blue murder I knew the writer and used to sell it for him.
Know Noel as well and loved it when electric blue got threatened by the porn mag hence the name change
Also the fact there seems some fanzines didn't like the other

Things I noticed re-reading a few, they are all very left wing, also love how they have listings for the best and cheapest club nights and ads for the original piccadilly records and sportspages in barton arcade, which is where I used to go buy them
