Old farts and Swansea tickets

Bought a ticket for a mate who is 62. He got a letter from City saying that swansea class anyone over 60 as an OAP. I rang the club and got a £17.50 refund against his ticket.

Make sure you get the refund if your over 60.....especially you De Niro!

That’s right, got my letter yesterday and will ring today.

QPR also do this (Concessions for over 60’s) but City did the correct pricing for this so not a problem.

Strangely. WBA also do concessions for over 60’s but City charged full adult price. I did phone the club and point this out with regard to WBA, but didn’t hear anything or get a refund. Can only assume that they charged City’s over 60’s full price while the WBA over 60’s got the concession price. Which if that was the case could be against the Premier League rules.
