Has all the hallmarks of the FIFA scandal and a criminal protection racket.
Although the games are now untenable, IOC President Thomas Bach is making all the same noises as Sepp Blatter when challenged on corruption within the ranks at FIFA. It will be interesting to see the fallout when the cancellation is confirmed.
