Brasil lost to the US 1-0, in a game they didn't deserve to lose(unlike the men!). Marta and Christianne ran the show and were desperately unlucky with efforsts. USA played on the counter and made the Brasilians pay with a low rasping drive from Carli Lloyd that bounced just in front of the keeper's (Barbara) dive and going bottom corner.

It was a good game, but the best team didn't win, much like the Bronze medal final result between Germany and Japan.

If the Brazilians cut out the histrionics they'd be a better team than they already are.

Personally i think it's payback from the world cup match.
