The midfield can’t win possession, the defence can’t defend, and the forwards don’t score enough goals consistently. This team needs a complete overhaul, and I would contend that the coaching staff needs scrutinising very closely. We have become a very easy team to dominate!
Nail on the head.well said, I know it’s simple but this gets down to the truth. The is bluemoons post of the year.

We are starting to find form at the right time as far as the attack goes for this season. It is seeing the game out is the major issue and that comes with the new defensive sigings along with or the very least Dias' return.
Agree on that. We’re scoring finally and creating chances. Just need to get control.

There has somehow become a complacency or lethargic approach which I can partly understand after the 4 in a row throw in injuries ageing players, some out of form and a host not fit to play 90mins,but your last part is spot what is actually being done in training if there actually is any and this is where pep and the coaches come under scrutiny..

Decent game for him tonight. can see why Frankfurt wants as much as they can get. if he keeps this form up and stays there their CL place is guaranteed. he is having a season almost like Salah at dippers. crucial end product almost every game.

I am sure they want him vs Dortmund too later this week that game is very important as Dortmund usually finish in CL places but now Frankfurt 3rd with 33 points Dortmund rather shit so far on 25 points. if Frankfurt could beat them with Marmoush thats an 11 point lead over main danger to them while the rest like Mainz, Wolfsburg usually aint as decent over a season to get top4, not as consistent.

Gundogan, KDB, Walker aren't lethargic they are old. And Rodri is injured. That's all there is to it. We need our best players back and we need to replace 2/3 older players.

Its not either/or. We getting Defenders and attack it is that simple. We are looking for CM/DM to bring in this window. Why should we focus only on defense when we can cover all areas that need strengthening?
We are currently on track to score 69 goals this league season, so yes, absolutely, the forward line desperately needs the boost that a gifted player like Marmoush can add going forward. Haaland needs a rest before he breaks down physically - he deserves better, and Marmoush can play anywhere along the front, although I'm most excited to see him as a #10. I think he and Haaland could form quite a partnership.
