Sorted myself and 2 sons out with tickets for the Spurs game about 2 weeks ago but the internet would not recognise the differences in the tickets (1 adult,1 16-17 and 1 18-21)it kept saying 2 adults and 1 junior, well after about 20 minutes on the phone i eventually got the tickets without having to pay the booking fees but today noticed that tickets are available in the 1st tier well when i booked ours there was only 3rd tier left.Got back on the phone again and spent another 15 minutes changing seats to level 1 and got charged £3 for it so with all the phone calls and added charges its probably cost me an extra £10.Can City soon sort something out with the on-line tickets and let us Citycard holders be able to book away games as well,it's just a bit hard for me to get to the ground for tickets as i live in Yorkshire and work shifts so booking on-line is ideal for me,rant over but please sort it out City.
