Not read the whole thread but surely when we have a "poor" result it's the best time to discuss where we all think we could improve as a team.
Pointing out who is and isn't in form, changes to tactics, rotation etc are best discussed after we drop points as it will garner far better points of view than after a victory.
No doom-mongering required, just a sense of reality.
