I find it ridiculous that players don't make themselves the best they can possibly be.
If I were a professional sportsman I know for sure that I'd make myself the absolute best I could. I'd train on my strength, speed, power, flexibility, core stability, VO2 Max, anaerobic threshold and certainly bilateral integration (using both sides if the body effectively). Plus psychologically too.
Humans are naturally dominant on one side of the body because that's how the brain likes to work but you can train either side to be the optimal they can be and as good as each other. It's as simple as training for strength, it just takes regular goal-set sessions over a period of time.
To be two footed in football is a massive positive. The advantages are huge.
Anyone who doesn't bother with their passive side is just lazy.
