isnt it an 0870 number...in which case its quite a lot!!

its becuase the phone line can only hold so many people.. if your holding for a while, it will just disgard the call.

yes it costs. i think thats how they will recoup the ticket money by all us idiots ringing.onlines crashed as well so that maintenance worked wonders.think i'll give it 24hrs or so as im going to hamburg anyway and the draw could be done and dusted in 1st leg!
