Only Top Banner Loading

This has been happening for a while. Although I don't get the blank page error, its been frustratingly slow--even during periods of low site activity.

No, it's not my computer(s) or the various browsers I've tried.

It's like the top banner only loads and then I have to refresh the page many times for it to load.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, its defo. your Computer.

The Server Downtime doesnt ave nothing to do with this. It can only work normal or you get the famous Message "Too many users...error..."

It can't be. I have the fastest connection around in my area. It also does this on other connections.

It can. Your Proveider maybe fast, but it could have Problems to connect to one or other specific server.

Try this and post the result (at least 5 times) here.

Go to START, type CMD, open Command Prompt and then typ:

ping -t 213.175.219.236

However, if you have to load 3 times to display the full content.

You = Problems with displaying Content.
Others = Not having thease Problems.

What protection software do you have installed? Also Firefox settings, but every Blocker would block the content and prevent it from loading, not making you trouble to load the 3rd time...

However, try to clear everyting in your Browser, Cache, Offline Files and Cookies then check again...

Do this:

Offline Storage -> Clear Now
Cache -> Clear Now

Browser, Anti Virus, Blockers, etc

You can also try google.com "cleaning computer software" like Reg Orgnaizer etc

After that, just Reinstall or install Slackware (Linux) which i suggest and dont have Problems :;D
