They can do lots of things but ideally they will want to know their material circumstances before making decisions. I am not commenting on the rights and wrongs partly because there are no absolutes. As usual more guessing at play.

How they can determine pricing until they know the outcome of the 115 case wrt next season.

You used to have to renew by March to get the best price and we rarely knew what league we were going to be in the following season at that point in those days.

Do people really think there’s a significant number of fans who would renew if we in the Premier League but sack it off otherwise?

I’d be more inclined to be the complete opposite. Would be a right laugh.

Whilst I agree most will re-new regardless of the division we are in and even if the prices do increase after all of this. If they raise them even negligibly and we aren't in the Premier League though, that might be the straw that broke the camel's back for some.
