Czech sports website reports that City are nearing agreement with Slovan Liberec from Czech league on Oscar (21 yo, CM from Liberia). After completion, he will be loaned.

Looks to be quite a tidy player based on his highlights. Predominantly left-footed and seems to float in the space behind the strikers. One thing I noticed is that he has a good weight of pass on different surfaces (European grass/ African grass/artificial grass), which means the striker rarely has to break stride before shooting. If we do sign him, I’ll be interested to see where we send him. Girona is mentioned in that link.
