Swap Walker for Cancelo, and I'd go with that. Tough on Kyle and Kun in particular. But you can't fit them all in.

Sterling is bang out of form though, but Mahrez always goes missing against the big sides

Imo this is the best team that we have at the moment i think there is only one or maybe two places to grab in this team, Mahrez it's beeing brilliant lately and he rightly deserves to be starting but If he drop his level Jesus, Agüero, Torres and Sterling (in that order) are fighting for this spot, Walker is competing with Zinch i have the feeling that Pep rates Walker highly but for the moment Zinch it's playing wonderful, apart from that the team is settled, Dias and Stones are possibly the best CB partnership in the world, Cancelo what a player.. don't have words for how good is he, Rodri improved massivelly and he looks ready to be our future DM, Gundogan or better Goaldogan it's a fantastic goalscoring machine, Kevin is Kevin, and how about Bernardo ? I love the lad he runs, he presses, he creates, he dribbles, he scores, bloddy hell he has four lungs, and Foden ? what brilliant youngster ! i just love our Stockport Iniesta. This team is special ! I'm really looking foward to see what we can achieve in the end of the season.

Last nights team for me. The combination of Mahrez / Walker on the right for me means better defensive and attacking.

Cancelo does well moving about and works well when Foden and Bernardo are playing.

It is impossible to fit every one in. Picking Walker over Cancelo stems from his recent performance, he has rarely given the ball away, his work rate has been immense and his speed helps him tracks back so quickly when we get exposed to counter attacks, his attacking contribution has been decent as well.

I go back to the match that kickstarted the turnaround in form and performances for the season and that was the game against chelsea with that setup. That was still the best performance by the team this season imo and most fluid and balanced where something seemed to click for both pep and the players for the season. Mahrez and foden can be interchanged on form but that is the 'best 11'

I mean each to their own but one is the best RB in Europe, and the other is Kyle Walker.

Walker gave the ball away no bother against Southampton, when he was trying a back-heel in his own half, and don't get me started on their 2nd goal, where he moved away (watch it from the camera angle behind the goal) from the guy who was 6 yards out and about to score. That game alone should be enough to convince anyone that Cancelo > Walker.

I could see an argument for Walker at RB and Cancelo LB over Zin, but to have Cancelo out of the team altogether baffles me.

I’m sure the best 11 will probably change every month depending what player is in good shape and what player is out of form.

It’s pretty much the first season that I have absolutely no preference to the starting 11, except maybe for Ederson.

And it’s exactly what demoralise everyone who hates us.

Cancelo offers us far more in terms of overall play,his ability and intelligence with the ball allow us much greater dominance and fluidity.He brings a confidence to the defence that you dont get when Walker is on the ball.

Walker is a magnificent athlete,as a footballer he doesn't quite reach those heights.
