With Rodri winning the Ballon d’or and being recognised as the best player in the world, does he automatically go down as our greatest ever player ?

The Balon D'or is just one moment in time.
I'm guessing if Messi and Ronaldo were a few years younger Rodri would be nowhere near it.
I genuinely don't know who had been our best player but Rodri is up there.
I'm stuck between De Bruyne and Colin Bell.
