[MCFC 4 EVER]

I have just taken a look at our facebook page and I find it disgusting, rags are commenting everywhere and half of the people who like our page have names in another language not that I am against fellow blues coming from around the world but I find it offensive when they comment things that they have no idea about, there is an album of photos from the 2004-05 season it proved a great reminder of how far we have come anyway the comments filled up and most of them say: Mancini out or City I love, or something similar and it really annoys me as clearly they have no knowledge of our past and do not want to recognise it and I think the facebook page should get cleaned up a bit and controled more
What are everyone elses opinions on this?

Our Facebook page is fucking tragic. The amount of semi-literate foreigners and illiterate United fans is ridiculous. Everyone just wants Mancini sacked and they want Ronaldo, Kaka, Ibrahimovic and basically their entire FIFA 11 dream team to come to City. No defenders though, because a defenders name isnt cool on the back of your shirt for them.

The rags disgust me (in particular you know they are the most scum of them all since they have to actually "like" our page to comment on it...), but I don't see a huge problem with foreign supporters...that's what comes with our club and who knows it could inspire some young kid to continue playing football in his life because God knows what sort of trouble they get into.

You don't miss a front line of Sibierski and Macken..........No neither do I. I agree with you we are so lucky to see the team we get to put out every week. Comparing the 2004 line up to our line up it's just so vastly different.

I would. It was much better when the team was shit and we weren’t attracting new fans. I remember when we were relegated to what is now League 1 thinking "If someone comes up with an online social network this summer, at least foreign fans won't want to clog it up with their stupid City support". Happy days.

Bring back Barry Conlon, bring back Lee Bradbury, bring back Ged Brannan, bring back Eddie McGoldrick and SACK THE BOARD. At least then we wouldn't have to put up with people posting on our Facebook page and wanting to become City fans. Who needs a fan base in larger developing markets? Not us!

As for the rags who post, yeah that is pretty sad, but success breeds jealously - get used to it.
