Errr I understand banter 'at the game' but I don't expect insults to be thrown at us by one of the national football broadcasters particularly when being watched by easily influenced youngsters.

Nail on head, its not clever showing us as a joke when we are trying to establish ourselves as a global brand It actually undoes a lot of hard work, at the game or face to fence I can deflect or answer any banter thrown at me but this is just a cheap shot at City and their support

Stockholm syndrome really is setting in amongst a wide variety of the City supporter base.

FFS this is a major national/intl football broadcaster that is publicly branding City fans, you and us, as C*nts ! That's standard banter amongst footie fans granted but from a supposedly independent football broadcaster !? It's scandalous, it really is, but some of our fans simply think it's funny!!? wtf !!?

In almost any other facet of broadcasting this would be deemed unacceptable, if it was religious, race based, gender based it would have been left on the cutting room floor, but City fans, oh they're fair game call them whatever the hell you like.

I keep getting told to take off the tin foil, stop being paranoid and then I get served up sh*t like this. It doesn't affect me personally, I'm proud to be a blue and quite frankly couldn't give a f*ck as to what names people call me for supporting gods own club, it's the wider impact on the club and its' brand that I'm concerned about and the impact that this type of sh*t has on our wider ambitions to grow the club. What impact does that have on any young supporter looking to support a club who's see's that sort of sh*t ? In fact it's disgusting that they should even see that and potentially ask their dad what it means.

I simply do not understand why any blue that would shrug this off as a bit of light hearted banter, it is a public insult against every single City fan the world over. Yet more proof the agenda is alive and kicking.
