I will assume you posted another pic of her, yeah she can look ok after having the worlds best makeup artists work on her all day but she is no natural beauty the way some go on about her.

To be honest, that can be said about any woman (not Kerry Katona or Katie Price though, obviously!). But that pic you posted of Shakira; she isn't caked in make-up there, and she still looks stunning. I'm sure that if you got the chance to see her first thing in the morning after a late night, still half asleep and with her hair looking like she's been pulled through a privet hedge, she wouldn't be drop dead gorgeous, but she wouldn't be fugly either.
