Pages keep reloading on iPad

Hi I have recently started getting the pages reloading constantly on my iPad, with a message saying that there were problems loading.

Anybody else experienced this, and is there a solution.

By the way no problems at all on my PC - I am using a Virgin Media wireless network.

I have also recently started having this problem on IPad but not Surface Pro or lap top.
The Ipad also no longer automatically signs me in.
Is there a solution to either issue?

It happens with me mainly on newspaper sites which are overly heavy with adverts. If you can live without Java turned on you can turn it off in Safari settings and then advanced settings. Really speeds up page loading and stops the reloading. Some pages need Java to work though and you need it for video but I find most of the time it's a better experience.
