Great to see Britain doing well in the 800/1500 again. The best races for me, not too long to be boring or dominated by racers from high altitude African countries, but long enough to be tactical and entertaining. Used to live the Ovett, Coe, Crsm era (and not forgetting Peter Elliott)

Not sure why they have replaced Denise Lewis with squeaky Paula. I can barely hear her. MJ and DL are both very good pundits

I’ve noticed a few doing that in this games. I must admit I’ve done it myself a couple of times as well. :-)

What!!!??? How dare they replace Dame Denise Lewis.

Oh unless she’s going to be presenting some medals/posters in her position on the Olympics Committee?
She probably has to attend a couple of those during the Olympics.

Might be that. She’s a really classy, intelligent pundit. Jess Ennis-Hill is nice enough but a bit too keen to say I agree with Michael
