Probably our best and most measured performance ever. We were absolutely outstanding front to back. Remarkable in fact.
 
Wasnt nervous before or during the game.....

Now I am and its 25 days before the bloody game

Foden is going to be a legend for this club; as big as anyone. Ferna will deservedly get his statue along side Kompany, Sergio and David Silva.

Dias was Kompany-esque which is about as big a compliment as you can give anyone imho

Zinchenko - his passion nearly got him in trouble (and may have done if it wasnt for Fern giving him a much needed bollocking)....Walker was still hurtling into tackles on 90 mins (needs to keep his head)

We owned them from start to finish and as predicted their heads went and pretty early on....No suprise it was Di Maria that got sent off...he is a huge mard arse along with Neymar....they could have had one or two more sent off as well. We controlled the game and defensively were solid and probably should have scored more in both halves.

Bernardo Silva never stopped running and his closing down is as good as anyones. Gundogan controlled the midfield after about 15 minutes in along with Ferna and KDB

Mahrez (who Ive been hugely critical of in the past ) has realised he needs and can step up in big games over the last few months.....he hs always had the talent and he has discovered the heart to go with it.

Id rather get Madrid in the final as I think it will make for a better game (Chelsea are so good defensively and I have horrible memories of them in a champs league final which they won on penalties which was possibly the worst final in any comp Ive ever seen). However whoever it is its going to be very very tough...Madrid have the lilkes of Benzema and Chelsea have already beaten us this season and recently.

We are where we have always wanted to be and you cant ask more than that normally, but just one more step please
 
Myself don't think we should be arrogant choosing who we want in the final, will be tough Chelsea know they can beat us on their day but we will have a different team out from the semi let's just enjoy tomorrow and celebrate tonite
 
What I like most about this team. Is the fact we now have both team captains and leaders a plenty in this team. For me it's one of those cogs that had been missing at the start of the season! Even young Foden knows how to lead from the front.
I've waited over 50 years to see Man City reach the final of European Cup (Champs League!) Gutted that we can't be there in Turkey to watch it live!
The last 5 or 6 weeks have been truly pivotal in the history of the club!
Bring on the Prem League trophy this Saturday.

That is the best performance I've seen from a city team ever. They barely had a sniff, a team of that quality, totally shut them out. Those blocks from Ruben, wow just wow
