Parking @ City

Hi random question,

My Son is playing today @ East Manchester Academy @ 1:20.

So not going to the game today and gave away our tickets which had parking.

He plays there every Sunday and not had a clash before, thinking he hopes he scores same time as City.

Do you know if they use it as paid car parking on the day and if so, where is the nearest free parking?

Just a quick heads up re possible congestion on Saturday.
Ashton New Road outside the South Stand is down to one lane have and controlled by traffic lights.
In addition Alan Turing Way approaching the stadium from the Ashburys side is down to one lane just before you turn right onto Ashton New Road.
It could be that the roadworks may have gone by Saturday but they have already been there for a couple of weeks.

Alan Turing Way ones supposed to finish on 4th September.
