dont know if its right or not, i remember watching a video made from some pilot describing if a passenger could land a passenger jet and one of the first things to do would be to establish radio contact and go to an emergncy channel,the average joe wouldnt know where the radio controlls are and the only part they couldnt get talked through, once thats done its simply procedure while being talked through the motions, i'd imagine keeping your cool would be one of the most important things
