got a new passport coming and it says your passport has been printed and is on its way. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to come after they send it out? Thanks LHO

Got mine renewed a couple of weeks ago - took a few days after that message rec'd - and it will be burgundy not blue

Yep. Just a couple of days per my recent experience and it will Red so if you travel to the EU they will assume you're not a Brexit twat!

Got a new one back in February, did the post office check thing as I can be a bit of a balloon when it comes to forms. Passport arrived in about 4 days. Still not used the bastard because the weather has been shite everywhere I want to go.

Wife and kids just renewed their passports. Took less than two weeks. Received shiny, new 'British' passports with "Her Majesty's...." printed on the inside cover. She's been dead for nearly five months FFS!
