This is getting more n more convoluted by the minute. We need Miss Marple on the case

Is the thrust of your argument that you want access to your (alleged) son or the CSA angle with her now ex?!?

If I've got a son I want to know him. I've already got a beautiful daughter and another baby on the way so the timing isn't great as things are good atvth moment.

Why are you assuming she would be difficult? contact her and go from there,if you need to force the issue then get advice from a solicitor,if you go all aggressive she won't let you see the kid anyway,stay cool

I'd be surprised if there was given the circumstances! But it sounds to me like they are playing you mate. Get some professional advice from CAB and/or CSA before doing anything else.
