Every time I see him being interviewed he comes over really well. He obviously has an incredible enthusiasm for the game and I think he will be an inspiration to all the young players at the club.

Obviously. He's been given his new role so they can watch how suitable he is. I'd see him replacing Pellegrini one day if he works out.
