What is his celebration all about? "The dab"... did it start off in the NFL? Load of nonsense, hope none of our players start doing it.

I think at the moment it is 50/50. Balague seems to think that Madrid have abandoned the race due to the astronomical fees.

I do think Pogba is really pushing for the Madrid move, but his agent Mino Raiola is really pushing for Man Utd due to the 25 million he will earn from this deal. I really do feel that agents ruin the game, they aren't putting their clients best interests at heart, they are putti their best interests at heart. It isn't Mino Raiola that will be living in Manchester and playing for United in the europa league, that is Pogba. He needs to make a decision for himself, this is a career defining move and to be perfectly honest, will he ever win a champions league with Man Utd? I doubt it. Bale who turned down Utd for Madrid has won 2. Proof is in the pudding.

If Utd do get Pogba though, it will be a fantastic signing and will spell danger for city and the rest of the premier league. The day we finished in 4th place was the day we all laughed out loud, but I think in a way Utd finished 5th could prove to be a blessing in disguise. They aren't resting on their laurels in the market, they are takig very aggressive approach and are paying whatever it takes to get back up to the top again. I feel that because we have champions league, we are resting on our laurels and thinking that because we have pep and champions league we don't have to pay over the odds. Had we of finished in 5th place, we might have done the same and whipped out the chequebook and been more ruthless because we don't have anything else to offer for players.

The fact is, if you don't pay the big bucks nowadays, you won't get the player. Real Madrid with all their history and prestige have had to overpay for years, it is no different with any other side. I wish City had the same drive in the market as our rivals are showing because if we did, we would absolutely PISS the league.

Where did you here Pep wanted him though ?

Remember when we started our intent strong by trying to sign Kaka? Well, whats the odds of Pogba going to Pot 1 CL Leicester City?

I think so too

And me,
I suspect deep down they really doubt he would come back, further to that they would need to spunk a load of cash to get him and fuck up any sort of wage structure they may have.

Ont he plus side for them is the publicity their continued link brings, it's season ticket renewal time and if it did actually come off they would be banging on about signing the most sought after player in the market.

I suspect he will end up at Madrid for about £80 million and the rags end up with Matuedi.

Differant season differant managers in charge not with just us n them across the road
This season is going to be amazing...conte,klopp,pep,raneiri and mouhrihno koeman pochitino and not forgetting wenger all in one league. I hate jose with a passion (even before he went over the road) but its going very interesting and i think very close. Can see everyone having the potential to take points off everyone else.

Lets hope kun and komps keep injury free as them two are still vital along with silva

I think people have forgotten we had Pellegrini and all our best players out injured at important times of the season.
Indeed. Pellers was hugely at fault last yr

But injuries will always happen and no back up to kun is a mistake in my opinion....big responsibility for kelechi
