Try something called registry Magic or something like that. It sounds like the virus is embedded quite deeply into your system. You may even have to go in manually to root out the problem, but only if you know what you're doing.
Or, alternatively, flatten your drive completely, saving all the important stuff first on another drive and re-install the wanted components on your machine. When that's done and your happy, create a restore point then, so if you get a virus, like that again, you always go back to a time your computer was clean.
Or, create a 'ghost' for your computer.
I'm not brilliant on any of these things, but it's what people I know do and they have no problems.
