Pebble dash house removal.

Only pebbleddashed the toilet, and the cost was only a bottle off bleach & a bogbrush..

So someone snuck up in the night and pebble dashed your house while you were asleep. Bastards

Do you want it back to the brickwork? can't imagine it's an easy job, or what damage it does taking it off. might be an idea to render over it

back to the brick work.
Its a victorian semi and house next door is brick and looks really nice.
If you took the dashing off the brick work would be damaged.
Also if it was built to be pebble dashed you might find the brickwork under is a but rough.
If you take it off you would only end up having to 're dash it or k render

Just read up on this from a few view points, the consensus is there is no easy or cheap fix.

1, A company will quote for re applying a render or similar as the brickwork will likely be in not state to be left as it or just painted on.
2, rendering over it still requires removal of the original dashing, going over it is considered very bad workmanship and will lead to repairs in the future being needed and likely more costly.

If the whole house is pebble dashed the experts seem to say accept it or get another house, i assume this is because the cost to get rid would be to high possibly.
