Don't think we will ever find anyone who is as clinical as Mario but my top three choices from now on would be:

1. Milner
2. Aguero
3. Barry
 
Aguero, being that mario and he had a competition to decide who the penalty taker would be, Mario scored all of his and sergio missed one, I forget the figures but it was ridiculous, and Hart was in the net.
