I don't think the fans are as upset by Peps ban as much as they are that the fucking bin dipping scummy twats have gotten away virtually Scot free.
Fucking joke of a competition run by bent bastard's...dippers should either have been banned or at least had to play games behind closed doors.
 
Absolute jokers these lot at UEFA. If the bus incident didn't happen we would all say "fair enough" as he did berate the official. Even though he was right to do so. It's the fact that Liverpool wrecked a bus and showed massive disrespect for everyone on it and they go virtually unpunished, is what leaves a sour taste in our mouths.

UEFA knew what they were doing. Putting a Spanish referee who has history against us in charge with Peps political views on things, and you saw the decisions that came from the officials. The 2nd goal we scored which was ruled out was one of the worst decisions i have ever seen, but this ref had history with us last season v Monaco also. To send Pep off, i bet he needed half time to get rid of his hard on.
Screwed over the Uefa, Officials and the Police during this round
 
I was all for knocking the booing in the head as i thought it had become a bit obvious and boring,but fuck it peps ban added with the paltry fine and lack of actual punishment for Liverpool has changed my mind,fuck uefa all about keeping their little cartel of clubs happy ..

So lets get this right Pep gets quite a big punishment 1 game ban (+ another if poor conduct continues) for being correct and Liverpool get fined the equivalent of 10p (€20,000) for aiding and abetting an assault on the Manchester City team coach.

Tell them to stick their invitation for next years competition, until they introduce VAR the playing field will never be level. Set up a couple of exhibition games instead against the best the South Americans and Far East have to offer and sell the to rights to the highest bidder. The Harlem Globetrotters of football highlighting their corruption in every game we play.

Can't stand the CL, wouldn't care a toss were we to never play in it again, my fifth priority next season after the Prem, FA, League Cup and Community Shield! Fat, currupt eurocrats, self-important, ego-filled, nest builders... everything that's wrong with modern football and modern society wrapped up in a package of self-important bullshit. And as for that 'anthem'!!
 
As expected. Victimpool get pretty much a stern finger wagged at them and a £25K fine.
We got fined more for coming out 30 seconds late.
UEFA are a fcuking disgrace. I wish we would turn down their invitation for next years competition, giving evidence of inept officiating and blatant bias.
I’d rather see us smashing all domestic trophies for the next few years.

Thing is, what reason was given for the ban? Was it because the ref was right and Pep should have taken it, or was Pep right but shouldn’t have called the ref out on it?

If the ref was wrong it shows him up as either bent or incompetent, and may give us cause to refuse that ref officiating us again.

If they’re saying ref did nothing wrong (or are simply ignoring that he was a twat), that shows Uefa as both bent and incompetent IMHO.

If the governing bodies of any other of Sheikh Mansour or Khaldoon's businesses were this inept or corrupt, I'm pretty sure they would have been called out by now, with lawyers wading in. How long are we going to sit and take shit from UEFA while the scousers and rags are spoonfed and constantly handed easy groups?

How about a compilation of blatantly shit refereeing decisions in the CL against us, plus the fines we've had for virtually fuck all wrongdoing against precedents set with other teams' punishments?

And how those scouse vermin got away with wanton vandalism, intimidation and affray with virtually no sanctions is bewildering. If the roles had been reversed we'd probably be banned for a season.

It's about time the club took a proper stand at its highest levels and made UEFA squirm.

You guys are hilarious, really makes my evenings reading this stuff! You do realise that football is still a sport, and just because your owners haven't yet been able to buy you a Champions League win does not necessarily make it a worthless trophy?
