Jurgen Klopp, Massimiliano Allegri and Erik ten Hag all make the five-man shortlist for Coach of the Year gong... but Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is somehow left out despite winning the domestic TREBLE

The trio are joined on the final list of nominees by Djamel Belmadi, who led Algeria to the Africa Cup of Nations title over the summer, and Portugal’s Fernando Santos following his Nations League triumph.

Why?

*Domestic Quadruple, not treble!

He has clearly fallen out with someone. That is just ridiculous.

We’ve got the worlds best manager, that’s all we need to know.
Some list put together by gobshites doesn’t change that fact.
Let’s face it, the majority of the football world would like to see our club airbrushed out of history.
They can all fuck off.

Is anybody really surprised? These type of meaningless awards are always given for European and international achievements. Pep not being in it doesn’t lessen his value in any way, every football fan in the world knows Peps the best regardless of whether some want to admit it or not. his omission only hurts the award itself

Let them have what they think is their pathetic little victories against us, whilst Pep and the city juggernaut marches on sweeping all these ahem “better” managers aside!
